AP: A Moscow appeals court has freed 1 member of the jailed Russian punk band ‘Pussy Riot’ but has upheld the 2-year prison sentence for the 2 others.

All 3 women were convicted in August of hooliganism motivated by religious hatred for an irreverent protest against President Vladimir Putin.
