We all KNOW that Willard is a sociopathic liar.

We all KNOW that Willard will say ANYTHING to win.

But this is getting absolutely ABSURD:

“There’s no legislation with regards to abortion that I’m familiar with that would become part of my agenda,” the GOP presidential candidate told The Des Moines Register’s editorial board during a meeting today before his campaign rally at a Van Meter farm.

What? WHAT? The candidate of the most militantly anti-abortion party in American political history is saying this?!? The man whose VP nominee is so radical that he refuses to allow for an abortion even for a woman who has been impregnated by a rapist?!? What in the HELL is Willard talking about?!? He’s gone ON RECORD as saying he’d support a “personhood” amendment to the Constiution that would not only ban every kind of abortion for any reason but would even outlaw certain kinds of birth control. 

And wouldn’t you know it, a few hours after Willard said this, his campaign was walking it back. Read all about it in this post from Angry Black Lady. (Better put on your fireproof suit.) 

This is part of a pattern with Willard.

First, he claimed he was pro-choice.

Then, he said he had an “epiphany” about abortion and swung around to opposing it—even as he still acted in Massachusetts to undermine anti-abortion efforts. (See this posting from February and this from this past Sunday.)

Then he said he would outlaw all abortions.

Then he said he’d make exceptions.

Then he said he wouldn’t be proposing any new laws on abortion.

Then his campaign contradicted him the very same day.
