In Which Smear Merchant Chuck C. Johnson Threatens to Sue LGF's Charles Johnson, and Fox2's Anthony Kiekow Puts CCJ In His Place
Any day right wing smear merchant Chuck C. Johnson (who is NOT ME) gets so tweezed that he threatens to sue me has to count as a good day. Today I noticed that he was spewing a whole lot of obviously made-up talking points about Ferguson on Twitter, repeating his thoroughly discredited charges that Michael Brown had a juvenile criminal record. So I tweeted this:
There goes @ChuckCJohnson inventing more bullshit stories about Ferguson for attention.— Charles Johnson (@Green_Footballs) September 24, 2014
And that was all it took to bring out the threats from this dishonest clown:
@Green_Footballs Keep libeling me and see how long you can go without me hitting you with a suit.— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) September 24, 2014
Ooh, scary. RT @ChuckCJohnson: Keep libeling me and see how long you can go without me hitting you with a suit.— Charles Johnson (@Green_Footballs) September 24, 2014
"I’ll sue you! See if I don’t! You better shut up! Don’t push your luck, pal!" — Talentless smear merchant— Charles Johnson (@Green_Footballs) September 24, 2014
And when a reporter for Fox 2 in St. Louis also called out Chuck’s obviously false claims…
@ChuckCJohnson No. I’m an objective reporter providing facts that are given on the record. Not making stuff up to push an agenda.— ANTHONY KIEKOW (@KiekowLive) September 24, 2014
@KiekowLive I’m happy to have an on the record conversation with you but you have lied and said that I’m making stuff up. That’s libelous.— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) September 24, 2014
So watch out, everyone. Chuck C. Johnson will jump out of the bushes and sue you if he doesn’t like what you say about him.
(Excuse me while I LMAO.)
ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Thousands of people are expected to attend Michael Brown’s funeral Monday morning at 10 am at the Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
Preparations were underway at the church for Monday’s funeral.
Reverend Bernice King, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s youngest daughter will be in attendance at the service. The White House is sending three officials.
Reverend Al Sharpton and Congressman William Lacy Clay are scheduled to speak.
FOX2 will carry the funeral service live.
Kudos to Fox2 to having the decency to air Mike Brown’s funeral.
As a result of Fox2/KPLR’s heinous and shortsighted actions in demoting Angie Mock off of mornings and consequently off the anchor chair entirely, the station will be on Santa’s Naughty List this Christmas.
This reeks of dirty tricks orchestrated by the GOP, Koch Brothers, ALEC, Bruce Rauner, cowardly bosses at Fox2/KPLR, and Tribune’s management in Chicago.
Can Fox2 please fire Lisa Hart, and give her spot back to Angie Mock?
(KTVI) – Reporter Chris Hayes is well-known around the St. Louis area. Now a national audience is finding out who he is, thanks to another Chris Hayes.
MSNBC’s Chris Hayes who hosts “All In with Chris Hayes” highlighted our “Missouri” Chris Hayes on his show Tuesday night.
He pointed out the number of tweets Chris Hayes gets that are actually meant for him @ChrisLHayes and was impressed by the investigation he did on synthetic drug busts. He even highlighted the infamous sign posted for Chris Hayes (St. Louis) to stay out of a store he investigated, calling it a “badge of honor.”

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – Sadie Lankford and her partner Rachel Roach are raising three girls in St. Louis.
The girls are Sadie’s biological children.
“I never really told them this is Rachel and she is my girlfriend,” Sadie said. “We just kind of all fit together.”
Sadie said before set met Rachel she was raising the children alone.
“They never really have seen me with a man,” Sadie said. “Rachel is all they know.”
Janelle Lankford, 11, is the oldest child.
“I don’t think it is anyone’s business if I have two moms,” Janelle said.
Janelle recently switched schools after she says kids, who knew she was being raised by same sex parents, called her a lesbian.
“No one really should be saying those things,” She said.
Sadie and Rachel told FOX 2 the only thing a “missing” from their family unit is a wedding ceremony.
However, same sex couples are not allowed to legally marry in Missouri.
“The girls fight over who would be a flower girl and hold the rings, but in reality we don’t have a wedding in our near future,” Sadie said.
Father Ryan describes it as a union that is only “physically possible” between a man and a woman.
“Sex acts cannot have the proper meaning if authentic one-flesh union is not possible,” Father Ryan said.
He also said that it is something only a married couple should share.
The Catholic Church is opposed to same sex marriage.
However, Sadie and Rachel said that they think they should be allowed to marry.
